TKS Development Sdn Bhd has a strong engineering-construction background that is backed by high-performance, multi-disciplinary architectural and design services. Our construction and building experience started with Teh Kean Sai Sdn Bhd in Penang. Dato’ Teh Kean Sai established the company in 1979 and by 1989, it was venturing into million-dollar projects. Now, it formed part of TKS Development to provide a full range of construction and development services.
Our company started immersing in master planning, architecture, interior design and urban planning in 2013. We now have a team of experienced and qualified professionals in property development, engineering, construction, master planning, interior design, architecture and urban planning. This enables us to provide unrivalled excellence in our property developments.
